New Playstation Portable 2011

Should I buy a new self-constructed PC or wait till PSP2 comes?

I have an average amount of money,about 800 dollars.I’m thinking of buying a game device(not Xbox 360,DS,Wii or PS3,because they are totally shit,full of mess,useless).I will have a birthday next month,so I plan on something.A PC can be constructed into a powerful machine,Devil with a power supply=),but I’m looking for powerful portable gaming device,if it is a PC,I would be glad,if it is portable(except notebooks,because they suck too)I would be very HAPPY!That is why I am asking you what to buy better.The Playstation claims that new PSP2 will have Four Cores PowerVR Tecnology and 3G access plus dual joysticks!!!It will come late in 2011.So,do you think I should wait or buy a PC?
