New Xbox 360 Hardrive Problem?

Since the NEW Xbox 360 Unveiled at E3 has a built in HARD DRIVE, Does that mean that If I recover my gamertag it wont recover my games data aswell? Because that data is on my old hard drive. Can I use an ETHERNET CABLE to put my data on my computer or do I need a flash drive? Thank you

Recovering your profile never recovered your game save data for most games, even with the previous Xbox 360 models. As for the Ethernet form, that wouldn’t work either since the Ethernet is used for playing online not for moving full amounts of data back and forth between systems, only enough to play online usually. It’s possible that the current Hard Drive Transfer Kit (or a similar unit that may even come with the Slim) will function as intended and move the data from one hard drive to another.
