New Zombie Games For Xbox 360

My Xbox Live Game add-ons that I downloaded won’t play on my Xbox 360 Elite unless I am connected to Xbox Live?

I downloaded some game add-ons for Call of Duty WaW (Nazi Zombie maps) for my Xbox 360 premium, and then that broke so I bought an Xbox 360 Elite and I transferred all the memory from my old hardrive to the new one, for my Elite. And I re-downloaded all the maps to my new xbox and everything, so that it says that all the maps ARE on my new hardrive but it won’t let me play them unless I am on Xbox Live, I soon discovered that all my other downloads from Xbox Live won’t work either unless I am physically connected to Xbox Live!! Help! How do I make it so I can play my Xbox Live downloads without having to be connected to Xbox Live all the Time!

It’s because you need to do a license transfer. DLC licenses are locked to the console you downloaded them on even when you move your hard drive over to a new one. You need to go here http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/licensemigration/ and follow the steps to do a transfer.
