Do I have to own a PS3 in order to download PS1 games from the Playstation store?
I basically want to play these games on my PSP, but the directions at the store are confusing me. Can the games be directly downloaded to my PSP just like the free demos?
Yes. You do need a PS3.
You must acces the Playstation Store via your PS3, pay for and download the game to your PS3, and then transfer it accross to your PSP.
Old PS1 classics such as Crash Bandicoot and WipEOut are available right now, and there are loads of Themes and Wallpapers to download totally free too!
