Playstation 3 Update

why wont my playstation 3 complete system update?

well when i turn my playstation 3 on it tell’s me that a system update is required.
when i go to settings then system update. it finds the version i select ok then internet. and then the system update starts it gets to around 11% and then fails?. could someone please help, thank you.

Switch to a wired connection. Or download an update with PC from official playstation site for your country (support section has an exact manual on that).
