What are good coop games for the Xbox 360?

I would prefer a non shooter since there are soo many of those. Hopefully an action with RPG style. Oh and split screen. Wouldn’t want to purchase 2 copies.
Yes it is good however I have fable 2 already. Sorry should’ve added that.
