Xbox 360 Parental Controls for game ratings won’t turn off?

Okay we had 3 accounts on our Xbox, one for me the dad, my wife, and my daughter. When we got Xbox Live, we made a new account and my daughter put her age in which activated parental controls, and I can’t get them off to download a M-rated game. Please help, this is driving me crazy! (And I turned off parental controls but it keeps saying the account isn’t authorized to download the game)
Okay I got my daughter to go onto the email account that it was created with and she changed the age to 18, hopefully this will work!

idk mine does this to i think its just because of the age maybe theres a way to change it but im not sure
