How do I get the original xbox Narnia game to work on my xbox 360 if it is a regular xbox game?

I have an xbox 360 and just purchased the Narnia game. I am having trouble getting it to work. It is asking me to attach the xbox 360 hard drive to play original xbox games. I don’t know what that means or how to do it. Will this damage my xbox or effect my other games? Please advise me on how to attach the hard drive and what to expect after I do. Thanks!!!

First question, did you purchase the core system or did you purchase the system with the hard drive?

If you do not have a hard drive you would need to purchase one, it is pretty easy to insert the hard drive into the console. I would suggest getting the most recent hard drive, it has more GB.

If you have not downloaded the backward compatible file, you may need to do that, and also obtain the most recent update for the xbox live system.

Make sure if you plan on playing online to check the equipment to make sure that your equipment is compatible.
