What number do I call to speak to a live xbox support employee?

I have called the 800-4MY-XBOX number but all I get is an automated thing and I can’t get the info I want.
Is there another number I can call? If so what is it?

You actually called the right number, just go threw options and eventually it will connect you to a support employee. DO NOT expect to get ANY HELP from them however. I would suggest using an xbox live forum for more help. I tried calling these guys to get a simple code to get Hexic HD and it took me 2 hours and I still didn’t get the code. They won’t help you at all.
